A senior member of the Franschhoek Electric team will hand over to you and ensure that you are confident with the installation.
We provide you with a through walk through of all changes, upgrades and installations in line with the initial request.
Solar PV and Battery backup systems come with online monitoring, allowing you to track your system performance.
During the hand over a senior staff member will show you how to load the monitoring app and register it so that you are comfortable to look at your system.
Your system manuals and warranty information will be left with you for your perusal.
Once the new electrical system has been installed, the installation will be checked and confirmed with a completed COC. This will be issued within the week of completion.
